Overheard in a livingroom
Enter Guy and Girl. They are in early 20s. The guy looks somewhat geeky and the girl looks somewhat gothy. Neither is attractive. They sit on a couch together. He offers her some popcorn and they eat quietly and nervously. They eat popcorn throughout the whole scene.
Guy:
So, now that we’re alone I wanted to, uh, talk about something.
Girl:
What?
Guy:
We don’t have to if you don’t want to.
Girl:
No, go ahead. There’s something I wanted to say too. You go first.

The Reflective Don Juan
The young man stood on the edge of the ditch, and to help them with the leap, he would take them around the waist, swing them easily in the air, and set them down on the other side.
